The Speed & Agility Program is a good way to keep your kids moving this summer. It is two days (Tuesdays and Thursdays for BHS) a week for six weeks starting June 6- July 20. The time for the program is 6:00 PM- 7:00 PM. The program includes a variety of strength and conditioning exercises for children 5- 14. Participants will report to their respective schools on June 6 at 6:00 P.M. Also, we are offering a special this summer: If your child plans to play Youth Contact Football, until June 19th, he/she can sign up for both Speed & Agility and Youth Football for just $40.
