West Baton Rouge Parish Utilities is Introducing Our New and Updated Online Payment Portal
Starting April 1st, 2022, You will need to set up an account in the new Paystar system even if you have an existing account.
PLEASE NOTE: If you have auto pay setup in the old Paydici system you will need to setup auto payments on the new Paystar system by May 1st.
You can access the new system directly from the home screen of our website, wbrparish.org and click the Utility Bill Pay button.
