Spend a day of leisure enjoying a family reunion or a wedding reception at the Community Center in Port Allen. The surrounding grounds is bordered by 100 year old oak trees presenting a picture perfect location, and is conveniently located next to the Aillet House and West Baton Rouge Parish Museum. The facility offers a large kitchen, meeting room, a full size gym, along with tables and chairs for use during functions. A bar and ice machine is conveniently located in the front of the building. A covered drive through is located both in the front and back of the building, and a small pavilion is located on the north side of the building with two picnic tables that look out onto the fenced in playground. Parking is located on both sides of the building with designated handicap slots. Available also, is the tennis court (located on the south side of the building) that can be booked for day or night use at no charge. To reserve the pavilion, the rental fee is $75.00 along with a damage deposit of $100.00 that is refunded if no damages. Fees: $250.00 rental fee for the whole center, not including the pavilion. (holds 475 people sitting) Deposit: $250.00 for a wedding booked one year in advance for either the bride or the groom and or parents/grandparents that lives in WBR Parish is due upon booking along with the $250.00 rental fee. The deposit is refundable if no damages to the facility and it takes approximately 2 weeks. Booking during the weekdays (Monday-Thursday) the rental fee is $125.00 per day along with the damage deposit of $250.00. For other functions that are booked within the 6 month period that we are booking in,the damage deposit can be paid no later than 21 days prior to the function. 2010 and 2011 Booking Calendar
